Ultimate weapons are just what it sounds like, the
strongest weapons in the game. They're all powered up some way, like Cloud's is
stronger with more HP. They also have max materia slots. The only drawback is
that you can't grow any materia with them. I suggest putting all of the materia
you want to level up in your armor.
Cloud
Ultima Weapon - Defeat Ultimate Weapon during disk 3. While flying around
the world you'll run into him.
Barret
Missing Score - Found on the steps that lead to the sister ray right before the
fight with Hojo.
Tifa
Premium Heart - After getting the Key to Sector 5 you can return to Wall
Market and use the broken vending machine inside the weapon shop.
Aeris
Princess Guard - While in the Temple of Ancients you'll find it in the
clock room, IV hallway.
Red XIII
Limited Moon - After taking Bugenhagen to the Ancient City return to Cosmo
Canyon with Red XIII.
Cait Sith
HP Shout - During your 2nd raid on Shinra you can find it in a locker on
the 64th floor.
Yuffie
Conformer - When you get the submarine locate the crashed Gelnika, you'll
find it inside.
Cid
Venus Gospel - After the rocket has been launched return to Rocket Town and
talk to the man staring at where it was a few times.
Vincent
Death Penalty - After getting the submarine you can reach Lucrecia's cave
located behind a waterfall.
