Omega Weapon
Omega Weapon is one tough monster, he has a ton of HP and can kill all
of your party members with a single hit. Before going into the
time-compressed world be sure to pick up the Gilgamesh card from the CC
King and refine it into 10 holy wars. Omega is inside Ultimecia’s
Castle by the stairs that lead you to the clock tower, at first you’ll
see him as a little black shadow. Junction a 100 Deaths to all of your
character’s status def so he won’t kill you with Death. To get him to
appear take your main party to the switch point by the fountain and
switch to the other party. Take that party to the door right of the
main hall, inside the room is a rope that rings the bell on the
ceiling. When you ring it, quickly switch to the other party and run
through the door to fight Omega. Before ringing the bell set up your
junctions, abilities, magic, and items so you can heal and revive in
the fight quickly. To start summon Cerberus and cast Aura on every
member, then use one of your holy wars. Your party should be able to
use their limit breaks every round while Omega can’t harm them.
Eventually your Aura will stop and you can draw Ultimas from him. This
is a good chance to get 100 of the best junctionable spell in the game.
When your holy war runs out cast Aura again and use another holy war.
DO NOT use the holy war before casting Aura, no magic will work while a
holy war is on. If you follow this strategy you should win unless
something goes very wrong. You have to be quick while the holy war
isn’t on, he can wipe out all of your characters with one hit. It
didn’t take long for him to go down for me, I only used 2 holy wars.
You don’t get much for the fight, just 3 three stars, but the challenge
should be enough. You will also get a “Proof of Omega” in your
tutorial.
